Variable Load System:

The variable load system on our Ignite outdoor strength equipment allows users to vary the weight they lift by simply pulling a sprung loaded plunger and sliding the weight along the length of the stainless steel rail to vary the load on each side of the equipment and the plunger locks the weights in place. Starting weight is zero plus the weight of the lifting, pressing or pulling arm.

Standard Weight Load: 

• Up to 30kg on each side (Using 2.5kg 5kg or 10kg plates)
• Providing exercise loading of 5kg - 60kg

Instructions for Use:

• Adjust weights on both sides of the equipment by pulling plunger and sliding weight sled along the length of the rail.
• Stand in the machine with your lower back against the back support and both hands holding the handgrips with forearms resting against the arm pads.
• Bring both arms together in front of your chest and then slowly return back to the start position.
• Repeat exercise until you have completed the required reps.
